Traditional Chinese Fonts shipped with Windows XP use embedded bitmaps to provide legibility at small sizes on the screen. Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) does not display these bitmaps but instead renders the outlines.
These outlines are not instructed (hinted) for good legibility and the results are poor. Microsoft JhengHei Regular and Bold Version 5.00 have been properly instructed for legibility at 9 point size and above in ClearType environments such as WPF. ClearType works best on LCD monitors.

Firmata is a well supported protocol for interfacing external input devices (such as keys and sensors) to a computer. Below is a quick introduction to Arduino.
A Firmata is Arduino compatible device that uses Serial. However, currently, Arduino runs on a different communication protocol than Firmata which uses RS232.
To avoid using USB, Arduino ships with a serial to TTL converter.
To test Firmata. You need some software such as ildjalu. I recommend download the current version.
To start the program, right click on the file and select “open with” then “arduino”.

Yes, I read it, but had to scroll down to see if there was another.
I have been working on this for a couple of days, it is difficult, but I have a decent legibility for most of it.
Another thing is that I was able to type it without mistakes or to be honest any other errors, but I will definitely read through it again.
Though I think it could be done better and I have my suggestions.

There are two font types in Traditional Chinese fonts:
1. Traditional Chinese language is not a strict character by character basis.
Such as in English or Portuguese there are letters that does not have a character, but they are represented as a combination of two or more characters. Therefore a single character in Traditional Chinese font may be represented by more than one glyph.
2. Traditional Chinese is a pictorial language. Traditional Chinese fonts have rendered character piece by character piece on Windows XP (and old Windows versions).
This is a problem for Chinese or Japanese WPF applications as the font contents cannot be known prior loading. The only solution is to load the whole font as a font first, then you can find the corresponding character as a part of the font that you have already loaded.
Traditional Chinese fonts use upper case letters to represent the left half of the character while the lower case letters represent the right half of the character, and vice versa for the vertical writing (a method used in vertical writing)
In this release we have implemented Traditional Chinese ClearType Fonts with fully instructing glyphs to make better display for the Chinese fonts. The new instructions use the upper and lower case letters properly to avoid problems of letter splitting. The glyphs are fully instructed via ClearType fonts instruction code which supports all Windows XP versions.
When turning the font into a Vista Hinted Font or Unicode, you need to send us the cross-platform hinting fonts and specify the cross-platform hinting font name to the Create Font API.
