This skin is a very simple rainmeter control panel that offers you full control over the playback process, no matter the player you are using. There are three main sections in Soita:
Playback
The playback panel is composed of the following main tabs:
Items
Items is a list of the audio files on your machine. When you select an item, there is a number pad on the right side, and you can use it to adjust the playback time/seek. When you edit an item, all the controls are in sync with the player. Additionally, you can specify the position where the item begins and ends with left and right boundaries, thus allowing you to manipulate the file’s playback.
Playlist
Playlist is a list of playlists. These playlists can be created dynamically (using the radio buttons) or you can use the browse button to choose a predefined playlist (starting at position 0). The playlists listed in this panel can be generated dynamically by using the radio buttons to set the current item’s playlist.
Timeline
Timeline is where it all starts. When you start to play a file, it is inserted into the timeline and you can fine-tune the playback by adjusting the position and duration of the playback. The timeline allows you to play or to stop a song. There is also a progress bar that can be used to navigate through the timeline. When you are on a certain position on the timeline, you can edit the current item (using the same controls described above).
