As a rather unhealthy fan of Diablo 2, I’ve been looking for the next big thing for a while, but have never come across a solid RPG from a mobile developer. All of this changed when I saw a new Elder Scrolls RPG that was published by a mobile developer. It appeared to be one of the main Elder Scrolls games, but it also had huge MMORPG elements, which intrigued me and made me instantly want to jump in. As I’m already a pretty big fan of the series, I was excited to try it out. It seems that a combination of preoperative oral anticoagulation and LMWH is a promising approach for patients with risk of developing a VTE, without significant increased bleeding risk. In patients with contraindications to VKAs, the risk of experiencing a VTE after hip fracture is high. This is an international team effort with highly consistent risk factors in this patient group.
