Battle Academy is a turn-based wargame set in WWII where you command the US 3rd Army during Operation Market Garden. Everything is possible, but nothing is easy. Your soldiers will brave near-desert conditions as they reach the ‘Fortress Metz’. There they will find German forces that have never faced an enemy force that wears more armor than they do. Can you knock them out before they get the drop on your trapped men?Battle Academy features 10 single-player missions set against a fictionalised scenario of Operation Market Garden. These missions take place from the perspective of the newly created Panzer Brigades and will test your grasp of leadership skills as you lead your troops up and over the Rhine into enemy territory. These fights are fictitious, but include the legendary units of the 3rd Army such as the 32nd Armored Infantry Regiment and the 3rd Armored Division. Also included is the first level of the 4-player ā€œSeasonā€™s Greetingsā€ multiplayer mode.
