Dragon Flight VR: Review
Dragon Flight is a VR game that is exclusive to the Oculus store. It was produced by the same developer of Fat Shark VR racing series.
The game was officially released on December 15, 2017, so it’s quite new in the VR entertainment market. The game is not yet available on other VR platforms. I’m definitely intrigued, and I want to know everything there is to know about this app! So, I’m telling you all what to expect from the VR game experience.
Dragon Flight VR is a virtual reality driving game that will take you to a whole new universe where you will be having the most adventurous time.
In the game, you drive through a flying city called Chaos City. The city is nestled in the Cloud Oasis so that it’s impossible for a lot of hazards to attack on its citizens.
You play as a guard of Chaos City. You have the responsibility of catching all the flying creatures that try to survive in the city. Besides your wings, there are also wings that you can unlock during the process of play.
When the flying creatures are caught by you, they will be turned into herbs, which you can use to heal your own life. If you have collected enough herbs, you will be allowed to have enough regen points. Having enough regen points will allow you to fly faster, jump over
- Download the game from Steam
- Copy the game’s folder into your main Steam game directory. Typically, it’s located at C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\WyVRn: Dragon Flight.
- Run the Steam client.
- Go to: Games > WyVRn: Dragon Flight.
- Click the big Play button.
- Create a non-root account for yourself. This is a useful requirement for a root shortcut, so you don’t get an error when prompted for it.
- Create a root directory in Steam. If you go to: Tools > Create shortcut, the default folder is steamapps, or something similar.
- Copy the game’s folder into the root Steam directory.
- Go to: File > URL to game, then type steamapps/common/WyVRn_Dragon_Flight/ and press Enter.
- Open the shortcut you just created. You should get a PC with a generic icon on it. Right click on the icon and select Create shortcut on desktop.
- Create a shortcut directly on your desktop.
