Download Latest Version Of Opengl For Windows 7
May 23, 2020 – If possible, Device Manager will find the latest graphics driver for you. You can install it on Windows 10 in the hope that OpenGL… won’t be required, but I don’t think any of that will happen.

It all depends on what you really need. (No need to worry that you will never work with OpenGL. I did it and everything worked)
In any case, if you want OpenGL support, you stand a good chance of getting it (depending on what you need it for). And you will get a much better experience with it.
